OVERSEAS HOLIDAY & CRUISES

  • A LEISURE HOLIDAY FEE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.

  • ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT WILL NOT BE TAKEN UNTIL AFTER YOU ARRIVE

  • Upon receipt of your booking we will confirm all details and any requests by email and phone

  • Please do not make any travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed and that you already have travel Insurance in place

  • You can cancel your booking without charge by giving just 49 days’ notice in writing

  • If you cancel 48 to 28 days prior, you will be charged 50% OR (You can transfer your deposit on to another available holiday without penalty)

  • If you cancel 27 to 14 days prior, you will be charged 75%

  • If you cancel after this date you will be charged 100%

  • We will always do our best to resell your booking

  • You can name change without charge up to seven days before

  • Transfers are only included for the main arrival and departures days to and from the named hotel.
