We will have posted transfer information to you and also by email, please make sure you bring a copy of the transfer voucher with you in case you are asked for it.

  • Your transfer will pick you up and take you directly to the hotel.

  • Once your flight has arrived and you have picked up your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals hall and desk or meeting point that has been given to you on the transfer voucher.

  • It is very important that you call the numbers provided if you cannot immediately find your driver upon arrival.

Wait time: The driver will wait up to 60 mins and monitor your flight for delays. If you are held up collecting your luggage, then you will need to call the driver to ask him to wait for you. If you do not follow these instructions, we cannot pay for an alternative taxi.

  • In the very unlikely event that you can not find your driver or the emergency contact number can not help then you can take a Taxi to the hotel and we will refund you. But you must first follow the above process.


 
 

Our overseas bridge holiday prices include private group transfers. Most of these transfers are currently booked with suntransfers and to date have proven to be the most reliable company to work with. They are not the cheapest and in fact they are at the moment one of the most expensive international transfer company we have used.

We know how important it is that our customers are collected and taken to the airport and back again in an easy and efficient manner and we spare no expense in trying to do this.

We only book one vehicle for each flight, we do not mix flights as this can cause an issue if one flight is delayed.

We only book private transfers that take you directly from the named airport to the hotel with no other stops.

For return transfers back from the hotel to the airport we do mix up some departure flights but only if they are departing within 25 minutes for each other.

We only book these with the transfer companies recommended pick up times, in general this requires you to be at the airport between approx. two and three hours prior to your departure flight. Some may argue this is too early and some may say it's not enough time in the airport.
However we will not change this because if you miss your flight then we may well become liable for this and any extra costs incurred.

If you would like to make your own way to the hotel you can always opt out.

You do not have to use our transfer service and at the time of booking we will discount your holiday.

We do sometimes have issues with our transfer service and we always have done.

The way this industry works does not allow for an effective solution to the knock on effect of a driver being held up on an early trip. This can and does sometimes mean that drivers run late. A little bit like flights in the afternoon are more likely to be late than those in the morning.

We do try our best to make sure there is an easy to find meeting point at the airport and if this is not a manned desk then we always provide a phone number to call if the driver is not there to meet you. We also try to make sure we have a member of our bridge team staff at the hotel to see you off at the end of the holiday and that they are on hand if a driver runs late to pick you up.

Sadly this service we include, is not always 100% perfect but we continue to make every effort to offer the best transfer we can.

Some companies provide larger coach vehicles that will transport you at fixed times during the day and although this can prove to be more efficient it does mean many travellers have to wait a lot longer to get from A to B.

We do ask that our clients follow the protocol provided and should this fail we will always refund you if you need to pay for a taxi.

Our Transfers are included only for the main arrival and departure dates.
If you book odd dates then there can be an additional charge.
